Which MicroSD card should I use?

  • To handle high-bitrate 4K video recording, we strictly recommend using a Class 10, U3, or V30 (or higher) MicroSD card from reputable brands like SanDisk, Samsung, or Lexar. 

⚠️ Note: Please format your MicroSD card inside the camera settings before your first use to ensure optimal performance.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Standard and expedited shipping options will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Domestic) | 7–14 business days (International)

Can I track my order?

  • Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link and number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

What is the shipping cost?

  • We provide free shipping over $80 purchase
  • Domestic shipping: $5

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team via live chat or email. What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging with all included accessories within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
